One of my favorite things about Halloween is pumpkin carving. There is just something about sticking a candle in a freshly carved Jack O’Lantern that warms my heart. When you have kids, however, carving isn’t always safe. After all, you don’t want your Halloween spent in the ER trying to reattach a severed digit!
Instead of using sharp knives why not try your hand at creating a faux Jack O’Lantern. Richela Fabian Morgan shares a great tutorial for making stickers to put on your pumpkin that will make the entire experience safe and fun. I’m sure you can change it up to suit your family’s taste in Jack O’Lanterns. Just be sure to share a photo of your creation and tag us in it!
